1. Inclusive Development

  • Focused on uplifting economically weaker sections, women, youth, and farmers.

2. Labour Market Dynamics & Youth Empowerment

  • India has over 1 billion people below 35 years (PLFS 2023).
  • Projected to have world’s largest working-age population (>1 billion) by 2047, accounting for 21% of global workforce.
  • Labour market issues: gender disparities, skill gaps, regional imbalances, informal sector dominance, and migration challenges.
